The Roy E. Murray Foundation Fund Grant for Youth

The Roy E. Murray Foundation Fund Grant for Youth seeks to support charitable organizations in the Quad Cities are that promote youth activities. Roy, the former President of Hiland Potato Chip Co., recognized the importance of leaving a legacy and meeting the needs of those in the community who needed help the most. Grant applications that meet nonprofits emergency needs will be given preference. In addition, applications in support of capital campaigns will also be considered.

Teen participants in the Boys and Girls Club of the Mississippi Valley benefit from the Roy E. Murray grant the organization received for youth development.

Grant amount
Funding from the Roy E. Murray Foundation Fund ranges between $500 to $1,000. The total grant pool for 2017 is approximately $10,900.

All grant funds have been awarded and applications are no longer being accepted for 2017. Grant applications will reopen in the spring of 2018. Please check this website for more details in January.
