Finance Specialist:  This fulltime position works within a small finance team accounting and reconciling within major financial areas like investments, general ledger, and special financial reporting.  Duties will include reconciling of multiple investment accounts and working with investment professionals, assisting donors with stock transfers, compiling financial reporting for multiple audiences, and preparing for the annual audit.  You may view the job description here and resumes may be submitted to hr@cfgrb.org.

Administrative Assistant: This fulltime position will provide exceptional administrative support to the Finance/Administration and Grantmaking/Community Initiatives departments. Duties include office management, clerical work, database integrity, gift processing, and special projects as needed. The Administrative Assistant will assist with events, grantmaking correspondence, and will provide meeting support. This staff person will act as backup front desk coverage. Candidates must be able to receive and assist visitors and callers to the Foundation in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
