Independent Physicians of the Quad Cities
The Independent Physicians of the Quad Cities Fund is looking for local non-profit organizations that are seeking funding for projects designed to improve public health in the Greater Quad Cities area. Grants of up to $5,000 are available. Grants will be awarded based on how the program to be supported makes an impact on public health.
Grant applications will be evaluated upon the following criteria:
- Program monitors health status to identify community problems
- Program informs, educates, and empowers people about health issues
- Program links people to needed personal health services
- Program assures a competent public health and personal health care workforce
