The Davenport Legacy Foundation was founded in 2009 -- pursuant to a resolution of the Davenport City Council -- as an affiliate of the Community Foundation of the Great River Bend. Through charitable giving, the Foundation’s goal is to maintain, improve and enhance cultural amenities in the city of Davenport such as parks and libraries.
