The Davenport Community Foundation was founded in 2009 as an affiliate of the Community Foundation of the Great River Bend. The Foundation was organized by Davenport Mayor, Bill Gluba, and the Davenport City Council in an effort to partner with donors and other foundations at work in Scott County today.

Through charitable giving, the Foundation’s goal is to ensure the future of cultural amenities, such as parks and libraries, are accessible to all Davenport area residents.
